Andrew has 25 years experience in martial arts. Research in goshin jitsu/jkd/kali eskrima and boxing he is an Instructor that has inspired innovation throughout DEFENCE LAB SOUTHAMPTON.

We’re happy to welcome Mark cutler as the newest member of our instructor team. As our beginners Course Instructor, mark is committed to providing students with the skills and tools necessary to continue their learning journey.
